5. Added fix for COMException due to Scheduled Tasks query
6. Fixes for reported crash reports
7. Added fix for zip EOF in header
8. Fixed Startup Launcher not launching apps when 'Enable at Startup' is unchecked, but you use the Start menu link to launch
9. Fixed logic when waiting for an app to completely load AND waiting for application to terminate

    10. Modified launch logic so that the last application to launch wait is obeyed instead of ignored
